Headache

Appears to be from sun/exertion of late morning walk. Neck eyes head all hurt. Herbs didn't help. Trying Otc now

Evening headache

Recently came on. Yesterday good...got acupuncture, took herbs, wore yellow glasses.

Today home. Got really tired about 2 & took nap (?!). Headache now more in right temple and eye. Just got up to take second dose of herbs.

Afternoon headache--prism

Wearing prisms all morning. Headache now (1ish). 

Got so bad changed glasses. Went down a little maybe? Went down much more after left work and in prescription sunglasses outside w woog. Came back once home and in reg glasses inside again. 

Faded now finally after removed regular glasses a bit ago and took ruta grav.

Afternoon headache

Wearing prisms today. Headache in right temple & General eye fatigue & pain

Sinuses, congested 

Headache

Developed shortly after waking. Right temple and eye especially. May be associated with cold I'm fighting? Also had one yesterday & Friday, none Tuesday--Thursday post steroid shot, every day before that for at least 2-3 weeks, those more common in afternoon
