Headache and cramps

Headache today & yesterday, cramps last several days ( but not today). Yesterday had spike in stress plus forced fluorescent exposure for class (w hat) & mmc's office (no hat).

4th day in row of headache

Occipital area, left temple, left eye, left brow. Came on during lunch when sitting at island with hanging lights. Yesterday's came on when in board room with bright lights. Blocking view of light sources seems to help but not sure how to prevent entirely. Rachel suggested baseball cap but can't really wear that to meetings can I?

Headache - level 1-2

Tension in neck and r shoulder, headache in left temple

Headache

Appears to be from sun/exertion of late morning walk. Neck eyes head all hurt. Herbs didn't help. Trying Otc now

Evening headache

Recently came on. Yesterday good...got acupuncture, took herbs, wore yellow glasses.

Today home. Got really tired about 2 & took nap (?!). Headache now more in right temple and eye. Just got up to take second dose of herbs.

Afternoon headache--prism

Wearing prisms all morning. Headache now (1ish). 

Got so bad changed glasses. Went down a little maybe? Went down much more after left work and in prescription sunglasses outside w woog. Came back once home and in reg glasses inside again. 

Faded now finally after removed regular glasses a bit ago and took ruta grav.

Afternoon headache

Wearing prisms today. Headache in right temple & General eye fatigue & pain
